I love hypnosis themed art, but by far this one is the most alluring i've seen in a long while. Since i understand your knowledge of english is not perfect from pervious comments, i'll put it down in a simple way:

basically what he's saying is that your image is very mind captivating, in almost a magical way it brings out the desire of obedience and giving up control (in a very poetic way).
